QUALITY POLICY

GEMCO MANUFACTURING ESTABLISHES GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

OUR CUSTOMER'S NEEDS AND EXPECTATIONS.

Continuous process improvements and experience in a wide range of manufacturing disciplines enable Gemco to recognize design enhancement, consolidation and cost reduction opportunities. Gemco can manage complex designs and close tolerances, as well as specialized material requirements.

Gemco Manufacturing has incorporated Real-Time Vision Systems into our progressive stamping tooling to ensure that we maintain the PPM levels to support our customer’s stringent quality requirements.

ADVANCED QUALITY PLANNING

In conforming with the generally accepted practice of (AQP) Advanced Quality Planning, Gemco Manufacturing establishes and specifies measurement requirements and acceptance criteria for the components that it manufactures. All processes starting with the customer’s component drawing requirements, the design and building of production tooling, material procurement, component fabrication, and outside vendor services such as heat treating and plating are subject to the planned controls of AQP.
