Manufacturing wireforms in various shapes and sizes is our specialty. We can manufacture components made of wire diameters from .002” to .187”.

Gemco utilizes Multislide forming machines and CNC wireforming machines to provide the optimum and most cost effective processes to produce wireform components.

Gemco's CNC wireforming process produces complicated components made of wire by combining several processes such as coiling, bending, forming, dimensional point of contact inspection probing, thus eliminating secondary operations typically associated with this type of component.

This process creates lower tooling costs and faster start-up time associated with CNC programming versus building fourslide or secondary tooling. It's ideal for the prototyping of new component designs while minimizing tooling costs typically associated with fourslide or secondary tooling as well as supporting job shop short run requirements.
