The final terminal design incorporated a single fourslide stamping with a carrier to clip after pre-assembly, facilitating wave soldering all six points simultaneously. |
We have also been successful in re-designing turned parts into wire forms that no longer need secondary operations and reduce scrap in production by incorporating coining and chamfering in the tooling.
