Product Functions
A typical Fabor Fourslide-made product is usually a component of a larger item. These parts perform a variety of functions as clips, connectors, rings, fasteners, terminals, hooks, pins, eyes & springs. All Fourslide production begins as coiled metal or wire which is then formed into the required components on one of our high-speed precision machines. When applicable, our machinery is capable of lancing, dove-tail seams, milling, chamfering, tapping, coining and spot welding as an integral function of part formation. Production Efficiency
Because of our high volume capacity, Fabor Fourslide's
long run production provides cost-saving economies for our
customers. Also, our custom wire forming and fourslide stamping expertise yields
precision and consistency throughout the entire production
cycle.
In-House Tooling, Design and Engineering
Fabor Fourslide maintains all tooling. Since our specialists
build to print all our tooling in-house, we are more easily
able to control costs and provide for tool maintenance.
Design and engineering assistance is available when needed. Customer specifications are reviewed prior to production and special attention is given to every detail. Customer inquiries, requests for quotations and even repeat orders are treated with utmost care. Emergency requirements are given priorities as necessary.

tolerances, metal specifications and any special packaging

Quality Assurance
Metallurgical facilities are available for analyzing materials prior to processing to assure we start with
the right raw stock. Tensile, hardness (Superficial/Rockwell) and chemical analysis are also available to
augment our thorough dimensional checks and on-going visual inspections. Upon request, complete
laboratory reviews following processing will be your assurance of top quality performance.
